If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.
If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
Final Sale and Special Order items can’t be returned, but exchanges are possible for items of the same value or less, with the price difference refunded. For an exchange of a higher valued item, customers are responsible for the price difference.
Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, Livvy Berry Jewelry reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.
Note: You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery will typically ship within 2-4 days of receiving credit card authorization, delivery message will be sent to buyer upon sending.
For local orders please expect the delivery within 2-3 days upon sending, whilst overseas orders please expect delivery within 7-14 days upon sending.
